How To Return Merchandise
Returns or/and exchanges may be completed by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
RMA# can be obtained by contacting our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the following information:

Return items will be accepted for investigation and refund/exchange if only accompanied by RMA#. Orders without RMA# will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.
All return items must be packed properly (original box may be used if in good condition) and must clearly indicate the RMA# on the parcel.
All products must be returned in a good condition (unused/unworn) with all contents and materials such as price tags and warranties, contrarily, the return will be subject to refusal.

Refunds and exchanges are issued only after the original product is delivered back to Jeanss.Net in a sellable condition. Refunds are reversed to the original payment source within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving and inspecting the return order.
